Captain's Log
A warm welcome to my Vice Captain 2025/2026 Paul Burleston.
As Captain my intention, with the full support of the volunteered Committee and the members, is to keep Eurogolf Society moving forward. One of the many roles is building relationships amongst all members, old & new, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie. Hopefully every member will enjoy La Marquesa golf course, the calendar of fixtures arranged for this season, supporting both Tuesday and Thursday competitions. The main complaint from many players last season, was pace of play. So I urge all players to keep up with the group in front at all times.
My main chosen charity this season is;
HELP at HOME Costa Blanca - Caring for our Community in our Community. After assessment they may be able to offer short term support and assistance for people of all ages in their homes. They also have a Community Hub in Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre where you can talk to volunteer members of the Help at Home Charity.
